Its perfect size (183 x 61cm) makes it possible to adapt to every morphology for a most pleasant practice.

We are the only ones to offer you a yoga mat of this quality with a thickness of 5.5mm, which will guarantee optimal joint comfort. In addition, the high density of the ▼MYSTIQ YOGA yoga mat allows you to work easily on balance postures, it will not fail you!

Its non-slip natural rubber base adheres to any type of surface, even wet and will ensure a stable practice without the risk of slipping on the floor.

The microfiber coating on the upper part, naturally non-slip, will allow you to practice with limited risk of slipping. The more your hands and feet perspire, the more you stick to your mat! Don’t hesitate to lightly moisten the surface for more grip. Moreover, the softness of the microfiber will guarantee you a very pleasant practice, you will not want to leave your yoga mat anymore!

▼Oops, my yoga mat is stained! What can I do about it?

Don’t panic! Your ▼MYSTIQ YOGA yoga mat is very easy to clean. A simple soft cloth (do not use a sponge) soaked in lukewarm soapy water will do the trick to get rid of the most common nasty stains. However, be careful not to use abrasive products such as bleach, alcohol-based products or dishwashing liquid, as these can damage the surface and the beautiful design of your yoga mat.

And if you want to do the spring cleaning, our ▼MYSTIQ YOGA yoga mats can be machine washed at 30°. Then simply let it dry completely flat, avoiding direct sun exposure which could dull its beautiful colours.

▼I would like to place an order on the MYSTIQ YOGA website, how do I proceed?

In order to place an order on our website www.mystiq-yoga.com, you don’t need to create an account. You can directly add your favorite products in the shopping cart and proceed to the payment. However, it is preferable to create an account when you make your first purchase in order to have access to all the features of a personal account (order history, simplified purchases, brand news…).

Once you have entered your billing and delivery details, you can proceed with payment in complete security according to the method you have chosen (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer).

All you have to do is validate the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of our website and then click on the “Order” button to validate your purchase. You will then receive a first e-mail indicating the validation of your order. We will then endeavour to process your order as soon as possible and will send you an e-mail when it is dispatched. From the link contained in this email you will be able to follow your parcel during all the stages of routing.

If you created a personal account when you placed your order, go to the tab “My account” then “My orders”. You will then obtain the history of your orders. To access the shipping tracking of your purchase, click on the tracking link contained in the shipping email of your order.

When your order is validated and shipped, the delivery time varies depending on the destination:

In Metropolitan France: the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

For other countries: the delivery time varies between 5 and 10 working days depending on the destination.

Don’t panic! The postman will place the package in your mailbox when it comes in or will leave a notice indicating when and where you can pick up your package.

 

▼EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

– I just received my product but it does not suit me. I would like to return it and be reimbursed, how do I do this?

You can return your products within 14 working days. The return costs are at your expense, except if you return your product because it has a defect, in this case the costs will be borne by ▼MYSTIQ YOGA. Your refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of your package at our premises (once the refund is made, depending on your bank, it may take several days for the amount to appear on your bank account).

▼Conditions of return: the item must be returned in its original condition and complete original packaging. It must not have been used or washed, and must not contain any stains, dirt, odor or other defects, nor any animal hair.

If the product is faulty: we will pay the shipping costs. Contact us via e-mail or phone and we will send you a prepaid return label by e-mail. We will then offer you either an exchange with the same product (reshipment at our expense) or a full refund of your product.
